Ernst & Young
EY (Ernst & Young) is one of the Big Four global professional services firms. I interned with their Singapore office, based at One Raffles Quay, supporting supply chain projects for major manufacturers and consumer brands.

I supported two major clients over the course of eleven weeks. For a luxury automaker, I carried out research into solutions for scanning and warehouse efficiency, including the design and testing of a full RFID approach to track materials automatically through the production process, reducing manual steps and improving visibility on the shop floor.
Next, for a global dairy producer and consumer goods client, I focused on data analysis, competitive intelligence, and operational insights. I built dashboards with Power Query, compared performance across countries, and highlighted where revenue slowed and competitors were gaining market share.
The work combined hands-on process mapping, technology evaluation, and analytics. It gave me a close look at how factories run in practice, how decisions are made, and what actually makes supply chains efficient across very different environments.
Additionally, I loved my time outside the office: exploring the country with friends, trying new food (and kinds of bubble tea), and spending evenings in the stunning Marina Bay Sands district.
